Yoga Nidrā
Mondays 5:30PM | Tuesdays 11:00AM
Yoga Nidra, often called “yogic sleep,” is a meditative practice that invites you into a state between waking and dreaming where the body deeply rests while the mind remains gently aware. In this liminal space, layers of stress and tension dissolve, opening access to clarity, intuition, and inner healing. It is the magical art of intelligent sleep—a pathway to restoration that nourishes both body and spirit.
Restorative Yoga
Wednesdays 9:30 AM
Restorative Yoga is a gentle, fully supported practice designed to calm the nervous system and invite the body into profound rest. Using props to cradle the body in ease, each posture is held for several minutes to encourage slow unwinding, release accumulated tension, and create conditions for true restoration.
This class is ideal for anyone seeking nervous system down-regulation, recovery from stress, or a soothing complement to more active practices. Expect minimal movement, quiet presence, and an emphasis on breath and inner awareness. All levels welcome—no experience needed.
Sādhanā
Fridays 11:00AM
Sādhanā is the dedicated practice of turning inward through ritual, movement, breath, and meditation to attune with the deeper currents of life. It is both discipline and devotion, weaving together intention and awareness to transform ordinary experience into sacred encounter. Each sādhanā becomes a journey toward alignment, presence, and the art of becoming.
Workshops at Studio Meisō
The Goddess Series
Seasonal Rituals of Myth, Moon & Embodied Feminine Power
The Goddess Series is an ongoing collection of mythic, contemplative, and somatic workshops offered in rhythm with the seasons and aligned with the cycles of the moon. Each gathering centers on a different goddess or feminine archetype—arriving when her medicine is most potent, whether for a single evening ritual or a multi-session immersion of 1–4 installments.
Rather than moving through a fixed curriculum, the series follows the natural intelligence of time:
the turning of the year, the shifting elements, the waxing and waning light, and the lunar phases that shape our inner tides.
Each goddess appears as a seasonal teacher whose presence offers insight, grounding, or transformation that fits the moment.
What Each Offering Includes
Every workshop—whether one session or a small arc—braids together:
Mythic storytelling that illuminates the goddess’s nature and cultural lineage
Philosophical reflection that translates her themes into lived human experience
Sādhanā practices including mudrā, breathwork, mantra, subtle-body mapping, and visualization
Somatic or creative ritual drawn from embodied inquiry, symbolic gesture, or elemental attunement
Integration prompts for personal reflection and ritual continuation at home
Golden Goddesses An Offering of Gratitude
November 2025
Reclaiming Earth, Connection, and the Sacred Feminine
What does it mean to offer gratitude that is not performative—but devotional, embodied, and real?
In this 2-hour ritual workshop, we gather in a season often marked by consumption and disconnection to instead honor the earth, the sacred feminine, and the quiet power of returning to what truly nourishes. Through the myths of Lakṣmī and Sītā—two goddesses who emerge from and return to the land—we explore abundance as relationship, not possession.
Lakṣmī, the goddess of radiance and prosperity, blesses what is in balance. Sītā, born from the earth and ultimately received back into it, reminds us that exile can become return when rooted in dignity and devotion.
The Dark Goddesses
October 2025
A four-part embodied journey invites you to meet the fierce, untamed, and liberatory faces of the Divine Feminine in the Sanskrit tradition. Rooted in the tantric vision that all of life—light and shadow, pleasure and pain, form and formlessness—is sacred, this series becomes a descent into the hidden and the forgotten, a turning toward what we often fear to discover its wisdom.
As autumn deepens and the veil between worlds thins, we gather to engage shadow as teacher. In this frame, darkness is not the absence of light but the fertile womb of becoming—shaped by what has been, gestating what is yet to emerge. Each week, you will encounter a dark embodiment of the Goddess—Durgā, Kālī, Dhūmāvatī/Chinnamastā, and Lalitā Tripurasundarī—not as distant deities, but as living archetypes and inner energies guiding you toward wholeness.
Through the weaving of myth, movement, and contemplative practice, this series becomes a therapeutic encounter with shadow where integration becomes the pathway to embodied power.
This is not a bypassing of darkness, but a ceremonial descent framed in ritual—a remembering, a reflecting, a releasing.
