A Ritual of Embodiment
First Quarter Moon in Virgo

Sādhanā was never about creating something new. It was about listening closely to what was already here.
It arose not from strategy, but from necessity. From the quiet understanding that life doesn't always give us space to feel what we carry—let alone honor it. And yet, we need a place for that. A place to return to ourselves without performance.
I watched Studio Meiso emerge from the vision of a former student, turned colleague, turned spiritual sister. A space shaped not just by walls and design, but by integrity. By values rooted in presence, care, and reverence. That matters. Because we cannot access the sacred parts of ourselves without safety. Without trust. Without something steady to lean into when everything else feels unsteady.
Sādhanā was born in that space. And what began as a personal ritual became a shared one. Not a performance, not a teaching, but an offering. A way of attuning to the deeper currents of being. A way of letting ritual return us to what matters.
The First Quarter Moon in Virgo carries the energy of refinement, of integration, of the sacred ordinary. It invites tension—not as disruption, but as creative pressure. The kind that asks: What will you make of what you’ve begun? Virgo teaches us to shape the formless into form with care. To align with the pulse of embodiment, and to tend it with devotion.
Sādhanā, to me, is that tending. It’s how I remember.
That what we practice is not escape.
That ritual is not performance.
That embodiment is not about control, but about listening.
And that the return to self is always possible—especially when we do it together.
